About Me

In 2003 I enrolled on the Plaskett Nutritional Medicine course run by Dr Lawrence Plaskett, a world renowned leader in the field of nutritional medicine. Following his retirement the course was incorporated into Thames Valley University’s degree course in Nutritional Medicine which I completed in 2009. 

I am a Full Member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) as well as a Nutritional Therapy Council Registered Practitioner. I am also a Full Member of the Nutrition Society, an organisation that promotes the scientific study of nutrition.
